Calabasas, CA - (Aug. 25, 2016) -
AmaWaterways today announced that it has been featured in the Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club’s (RROC) official 2016 yearbook titled Strive for Perfection. The company was also invited to attend the RROC’s Annual Meet, which was held at the Biltmore Estate and the Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina, from July 31 to August 4.
Strive for Perfection is a 296-page hardback publication that explores the living legacy of the world’s most famous marquee. The book takes readers through models, both old and new, and celebrates Rolls-Royce’s endless pursuit of excellence — a philosophy that has helped the company earn the status of “best car in the world.” In addition, the book showcases a selection of high-end and luxury brands to provide club members with a specially tailored lifestyle publication.
The yearbook launch, which took place at the Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville on August 4, was one of the highlights of the RROC’s 64th Annual Meet—a major, week-long event that attracts more than 1,000 owners and enthusiasts from across the country. The book launch gave club members, guests and representatives of AmaWaterways the chance to join the RROC’s official publisher, St James’s House, for a champagne and canapé reception.
“AmaWaterways is a luxury brand that caters to customers who expect style, elegance and comfort, and we are excited to have been selected as a perfect fit for this beautifully designed publication,” said Kristin Karst, co-owner and executive vice president of AmaWaterways.
AmaWaterways also allows those onboard to uncover the wonders of Rolls-Royce’s parent company, BMW. Select cruises disembarking in Vilshofen provide a transfer to Munich and give travelers the opportunity to experience BMW World and the BMW Factory. Visitors can learn about the production processes at the BMW Group Plant and experience a display of tradition and future trends.
