This year marked our 15th year anniversary celebration. As I pause to enjoy the holiday season, I can’t help but reflect on not only the past 12 months, but also on the history of our family-owned company.
It seems like yesterday that our whole team could meet around one glass top table! Together we would map out itineraries and search for the right travel partners to help communicate our special vision of river cruising to potential guests. Fast forward 15 years and we are so blessed to be putting the finishing touches on plans for our 23rd ship, AmaMagna and planning a sales and operations meeting that will bring together our operations teams from Basel and Los Angeles along with our 23 Business Development Managers across the US and Canada and representatives from our UK sales office, our multi-talented cruise managers and remarkable onboard service teams.
One thing that hasn’t changed at these meetings is that the happiness of our guests always was, and will always continue to be, at the center of all discussions. We feel an immense sense of gratitude for the tremendous support we have received from our guests and the travel agent community over the past 15 years and we are especially appreciative for the confidence and trust you place in us to deliver the best service, the most beautiful ships, and truly unforgettable travel memories.
