Throughout our Company’s history, music has been part of our DNA – it has influenced the naming of many of our ships such as AmaCello, AmaSonata, AmaCerto and AmaLyra – and has been a powerful connector, acting as a beautiful global language on board, uniting people regardless of age, gender, race, color, nationality or circumstances. Joyful rhythms bring us to our feet and meaningful lyrics raise our spirits. In a time when many of us have felt separated, music can do so much to bring us together and stimulate wonderful shared memories.
With this in mind, it is with great pride that we introduce to you our first-ever music video showcasing our original song, “Ama Means Love (Family)”. This performance was filmed in Budapest, Hungary with our Lead Onboard Entertainer and musician, David Onka. “Ama Means Love (Family)” symbolizes joy, strength in unity, and of course, family.
So much love was poured into the creation of this song and the accompanying music video. We would love to dedicate this to our loyal guests, our dedicated travel advisor partners and our teams around the world who continue to inspire Rudi, Gary and I, and have filled our hearts with “Ama” love over the years. We hope this beautiful song brightens your spirit and rekindles your travel spark.
