Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays as it carries with it two messages close to my heart: one of celebration of all we have to be thankful for, and the other of bringing family members together to share special memories and create new ones that last a lifetime. Here’s my top ten ways for celebrating Family in 2021:
#1 Our family continues to grow. Our 25th ship, AmaLucia, will join the fleet starting March 16, 2021 for a series of Tulip Time cruises before heading out on the Rhine and Moselle rivers. Cruising the less traveled Moselle is one of my “hidden gem” recommendations for seasoned river cruisers.
#2 Speaking about new additions to the family, we are finalizing arrangements to build a very special new ship to cruise the Nile between Luxor and Aswan in 2021. We believe the time is right to bring back the opportunity to discover this breathtaking historical region on board our new luxurious, intimate ship (name and more details to follow very soon).
#3 I love all our ships equally but as godmother, I have a soft spot for my namesake ship, AmaKristina. I am excited to see her move over to France in 2021 onto the very popular Rhône river sailing between Lyon and Avignon.
#4 AmaKristina’s move will allow sistership AmaCello to take on a new French itinerary, Essence of Burgundy & Provence, exploring the northern area along the Saône. Both are great options for guests that consider food and wine to be integral parts of any voyage.
#5, 6, 7, 8 Mont St. Michel, Lake Como, Champagne, Geneva – our cruise managers are anxious to host our guests on these new pre- and post-cruise land programs in 2021.
#9 Delve deeper into fascinating European history onboard AmaSerena as she takes guests on our new Best of Holland & Belgium cruises.
#10 Enjoy the best staterooms, most convenient flights and extra cruise savings by booking early!
