River Cruise Line Wins Top Honors for Wine Cruises and
Innovation in Stateroom and Restaurant Design

AmaWaterways announced today that it has received five prestigious 2017 Travel Weekly Magellan Awards. The annual awards are determined by a panel of travel industry experts selected by Travel Weekly, honoring the best in travel. The newest edition to its fleet, AmaKristina, took the top GOLD spot in two Luxury Ship categories celebrating the innovative, signature design features of the Chef’s Table specialty restaurant and the twin-balcony adjoining staterooms. This was in addition to the SILVER Award AmaKristina received in the coveted Overall River Cruise Ship category. Rounding off this year’s list of accolades was a GOLD Award for AmaWaterways Wine Cruises and SILVER for its African Safari program.
